2. El producto debe ir envuelto y con el embalaje original y debe protegerse para el envío (puedes usar la caja original en el que venía si lo conservas o alguno similar). No olvides introducir el número de pedido dentro de la caja para poder localizarte lo antes posible en caso de que la etiqueta no fuese legible.
3. Cambio: Una vez recibamos el paquete, confirmaremos su recepción a través de correo electrónico y mandaremos la nueva talla totalmente gratis.
