SHIPMENTS, CHANGES AND RETURNS

shipments

We ship to Spain (Peninsula, Balearic and Canary Islands), Portugal, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Slovakia, Croatia, Sweden.

We have two types of shipments: standard and express and prices vary depending on the delivery address:

Spain (Peninsula)

- Standard shipping price to the Peninsula: €4.99*
- Express shipping price to the Peninsula: €6.99*
- Your order can be prepared within a maximum period of 24/48 hours and it will be ready for shipment. - Standard delivery time will be 2-3 business days from the date of shipment**
Spain (Balearic Islands)
- Standard shipping price to the Balearic Islands: €6*
- Price shipping Express Balearic Islands: €10*
- Your order can be prepared within a maximum period of 24/48 hours and it will be ready for shipment. - Standard delivery time will be 3-5 business days from the date of shipment**
European countries:
Portugal
- Standard shipping price: €6.90*
- Express shipping price: €8.90*
Germany, France
- Standard shipping price: €15*
Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands.
- Standard shipping price: €15*
Croatia, Sweden, Denmark, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Austria
- Standard shipping price: €20*

- Your order can be prepared within a maximum period of 24/48 hours and it will be ready for shipment. - The standard delivery time will be between 5-7 business days from the date of shipment*

* Shipping rates subject to change for promotions, such as free shipping.

**Deadlines always subject to the correct and normal functioning and logistical development of the preparation and shipping process and the existing volume of orders at all times.

***Please keep in mind that your order could take longer than normal to be processed due to the high volume of sales, so the shipping information will not be immediate. You will receive an email from our courier service when the package is shipped.

Delivery conditions

We will make up to two delivery attempts at the address that you indicate in your purchase process as the place of delivery.

If after the second attempt it is impossible to deliver the order (due to the absence of the recipient, wrong/false address issued by the recipient or other reasons beyond our control), the parcel company may deposit it in a Parcel Shop. After 10 days in the case of not picking up the shipment, the product will be returned to our facilities and you will be reimbursed minus the return costs.

In this case, the final amount paid for the product will be refunded, excluding the amount paid for "Return Expenses", which may vary depending on the order and delivery address.

In special periods (sales, promotions, pre-order and/or specific actions), delivery times may be increased. Although we will work hard to prevent this from happening, to the extent possible.

Changes
Changes Peninsula and Balearic Islands:

The free exchange service only includes the first request to change the size of the purchased product (of the same model).

The change must be requested within 14 calendar days* from the receipt of the order. The item must be in perfect condition and with the original packaging.

Steps to take
To request a size change write us an email to: info@abarcashoes.com indicating in the subject:

"CHANGE" and the reference or order number of the order.

We ourselves will take care of processing the change of your order directly with you. Once the change is approved, you will receive a confirmation email and the steps to follow will be indicated.

2nd change request

From the second change request (including this one), we would have to manage a return. For more information go to the ̈Returns Spain ̈ section.

*In special periods (sales, promotions, pre-order and/or specific actions), the terms of changes and returns may be increased.

EXCHANGE WITHOUT STOCK

In that case, two options are available:

1. Collection and refund. We will proceed to collect your order and make a refund. Returns have a cost of €5.90 in the peninsula and €8 in the Balearic Islands, which will be deducted from the amount of the product once the return has been made for collection and return costs.

2. Choose another product for the same value or more, the customer assuming the difference.
**The refund will be made on the total price of the product, without counting the shipping costs of your order.

International Changes:
The change must be requested within 14 calendar days* from the receipt of the order. He

Steps to take

To request a size change write us an email to: info@abarcashoes.com indicating in the
subject: "CHANGE" and order number. Our customer service team will respond to you as soon as possible.

1. Preparation: Prepare your package and choose the courier service you want, assuming the costs and sending it to this address:

2. The product must be wrapped and in the original packaging and must be protected for shipping (you can use the original box it came in if you keep it or something similar). Do not forget to enter the order number inside the box to be able to locate you as soon as possible in case the label is not legible.

3. Change: Once we receive the package, we will confirm its receipt by email and send the new size completely free of charge.

exceptions
Exchange for another model

If you have chosen a model and what you want is to change it for another, you must write an email with the word "Change Model" to info@abarcashoes.com specifying your case. Our customer service colleagues will guide you at every step.

Returns

Returns Peninsula and Balearic Islands:

If you want to return the item, first of all, you must write
to info@abarcashoes.com with the subject "Return" and indicate your order number. Our customer service team will respond to you as soon as possible.

The return options are the following:

1. Collection and refund. We will proceed to collect your order and make a refund. Returns have a cost of €5.90 in the peninsula and €8 in the Balearic Islands (VAT included)*, which will be deducted from the

total amount of the product once the return has been made for collection and return costs**.

1. Substitution for a product of equal or greater value, the customer assuming the difference.

The return period for these products will be 14 calendar days*** from the date of receipt of the order. In order to be reimbursed, the product must be in perfect condition (unused) and keep its original packaging.

The refund will be credited to the payment method used for the purchase.

The time it takes to make the refund will depend on the bank, not on Abarca Shoes. In special times it could be delayed.

International returns:

We tell you how to make the return in 3 steps:

  1. Preparation: Do not forget to enter the order number inside the box to be able to locate you

    as soon as possible if the label is not legible.

  2. Shipping and reimbursement*. You assume the shipping of the product to be returned. You will choose the courier service you want, assuming the costs and shipping to this address:

You have up to 10 days to make the shipment. The product must be wrapped and with the original packaging, the order number must be attached inside the box. El trío Yute-Piel-Algodón representa a la marca y nos acompaña desde nuestros inicios.

El yute se trenza de manera artesanal, bajo las directrices de una antigua técnica murciana, para conseguir un piso resistente a la pisada y adaptado a la forma del pie. Nuestro objetivo es ofrecer al cliente la mayor comodidad aunando TRADICIÓN.

La piel y el algodón proceden de COMERCIO LOCAL minimizando así el impacto sobre el medio ambiente y fomentando la labor de los artesanos locales.
