SHIPPING, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Shipping

We ship to Spain (Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands), Portugal, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovakia, Croatia, Sweden.

We have two types of shipping: standard and express, and prices vary depending on the delivery address:

Spain (Peninsula)

- Standard Peninsula shipping price: €4.99*
- Express Peninsula shipping price: €6.99*
- Your order can be prepared within a maximum of 24/48 hours and will then be ready for dispatch. - Standard delivery time will be 2-3 business days from the shipping date**
Spain (Balearic Islands)
- Standard shipping price to Balearic Islands: €6*
- Express shipping price to Balearic Islands: €10*
- Your order can be prepared within a maximum of 24/48 hours and will then be ready for dispatch. - Standard delivery time will be 3-5 business days from the shipping date**
European countries:
Portugal
- Standard shipping price: €6.90*
- Express shipping price: €8.90*
Germany, France
- Standard shipping price: €15*
Italy, Belgium, Netherlands.
- Standard shipping price: €15 *
Croatia, Sweden, Denmark, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Austria
- Standard shipping price: €20*

* Shipping rates subject to modification for promotions, such as free shipping.

**Deadlines are always subject to the correct and normal functioning and logistical development of the preparation and shipping process and the volume of orders existing at any given time.

***Please note that your order may take longer than usual to process due to the high volume of sales, so shipping information will not be immediate. You will receive an email from our courier service when the package is shipped.

Delivery conditions

We will make up to two delivery attempts at the address you provide during your purchase process as the delivery location.

If, after the second attempt, delivery of the order is impossible (due to recipient's absence, incorrect/false address provided by the recipient, or other reasons beyond our control), the parcel company may deposit it at a Parcel Shop. If the shipment is not collected within 10 days, the product will be returned to our facilities, and you will be refunded, subtracting the return costs.

In this case, the final amount paid for the product will be refunded, excluding the amount paid for "Return costs", which may vary depending on the order and delivery address.

Special periods

During special periods (sales, promotions, pre-orders and/or specific campaigns), shipping times may be extended. Although we will work diligently to prevent this from happening, as far as possible.

Exchanges
Exchanges for Peninsula and Balearic Islands:

To request a size change, please send an email to: info@abarcashoes.com with the subject: "EXCHANGE" and your order number. Our customer service team will respond to you as soon as possible.

Here's how we handle exchanges in 3 steps

1. Preparation: Prepare your package and choose your preferred courier service, bearing the costs and sending it to this address:

2. The product must be wrapped and in its original packaging and must be protected for shipping (you can use the original box it came in if you still have it, or a similar one). Don't forget to include the order number inside the box so we can locate you as soon as possible if the label is unreadable.

3. Exchange: Once we receive the package, we will confirm its receipt via email and send the new size completely free of charge.

2nd exchange request

From the second exchange request (including this one), we would need to process a return. For more information, please refer to the "Returns Spain" section.

*During special periods (sales, promotions, pre-orders and/or specific campaigns), exchange and return deadlines may be extended.

EXCHANGE WITHOUT STOCK

In this case, two options are available:

1. Collection and refund. We will proceed to collect your order and issue a refund. Returns have a cost of €5.90 in the peninsula and €8 in the Balearic Islands, which will be deducted from the product amount once the refund is made for collection and return costs.

2. Choose another product of the same or greater value, with the customer covering the difference.
**The refund will be made based on the total price of the product, not including your order's shipping costs.

International Exchanges:
The exchange must be requested within 14 calendar days* from the receipt of the order. The

item must be in perfect condition and with its original packaging.

Exceptions
Exchange for another model

If you have chosen a model and wish to exchange it for another, you must send an email with the words "Model Change" to info@abarcashoes.com specifying your case. Our customer service team will guide you through each step.

Returns

Returns for Peninsula and Balearic Islands:

If you wish to return an item, first of all, you must write
to info@abarcashoes.com with the subject “Return” and indicate your order number. Our customer service team will respond to you as soon as possible.

The return options are as follows:

1. Collection and refund. We will proceed to collect your order and issue a refund. Returns have a cost of €5.90 in the peninsula and €8 in the Balearic Islands (VAT included)*, which will be deducted from the

total product amount once the return is made for collection and return costs**.

1. Replacement with a product of equal or greater value, with the customer covering the difference.

The return period for these products will be 14 calendar days*** from the date of receipt of the order. To be refunded, the product must be in perfect condition (unused) and retain its original packaging.

The refund will be credited to the payment method used for the purchase.

The time it takes for the refund to be processed will depend on the bank, not Abarca Shoes. During special periods, it may be delayed.

* Rate subject to the actual cost of collection, which will increase depending on the number of packages or items to be collected or the delivery address.

**The refund will be made based on the total price of the product, not including your order's shipping costs.

International Returns:

If you wish to return an item, first of all, you must write to info@abarcashoes.com with the subject "Return" and indicate your order number. Our customer service team will respond to you as soon as possible.

Here's how to make a return in 3 steps:

  1. Preparation: Don't forget to include the order number inside the box so we can locate you as soon

    as possible if the label is unreadable.

  2. Shipping and refund*. You are responsible for shipping the product to be returned. You will choose the courier service you want, covering the costs and sending it to this address:

You have up to 10 days to make the shipment. The product must be wrapped and in its original packaging, and the order number must be included inside the box. Once we receive the package, we will confirm its receipt via email, ensure everything is correct, and issue a full refund for the product.

The return period will be 14 calendar days*** from the date of receipt of the order. The refund will be credited to the payment method used for the purchase.
